In this workshop, we will discuss the signs of burnout and share practical strategies to manage stress and increase resiliency.

In this workshop participants will be introduced to the EQi 2.0 model and learn practical strategies to grow their emotional intelligence. These skills can be applied to personal and professional settings.
Take a pause: Build mindful moments throughout your workday
In this workshop we share practical strategies for bringing the principles of mindfulness (non-judgmental, present moment awareness) to work. Whether is how you approach email, show up in meetings, deal with competing priorities, applying mindful principles and practices can impact how you experience your workday. Building mindful moments into the workday can support focus, stress management, and overall well-being.
Finding gratitude in the everyday
In this workshop participants will be introduced to the science behind gratitude and positive psychology interventions as a way to cultivate positive emotions and resilience.
